I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and well-furnished. The facilities provided were excellent, especially the washing machine, which was a big help with my small children. outdoor balcony area needed cleaning

The outdoor balcony area required some cleaning upon arrival, but once we tidied it up, it was a great spot to enjoy in the summer. The spacious flat offered excellent value for money in a convenient location. We loved the short walk to the park, city center, train station, and bus stops. While the flat was great, it was overlooked by adjacent and opposite balconies, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The communal bin storage area was also overflowing and infested with rats, which was unpleasant.
